Postpartum  Department

·       Controlling vital signs, bleeding, uterine consistency, uterine height, maternal consciousness, perineal and bladder status

·       Breastfeeding status, checking leg edema and maternal motor status in the postpartum ward

·       Educating on postpartum rehabilitation exercises

·       Reporting any abnormalities to the doctor

·       Requesting his/her presence and performing medical emergencies until a doctor is available

·       Performing postpartum care, implementing medication orders and other measures in the group of high-risk hospitalized patients

·      Educating on episiotomy site health care

·      Educating the patient about breast care, breastfeeding, feeding, bathing and non-pregnancy prevention methods, postpartum exercise

·      Educating the mother about newborn care, including: paying attention to the umbilical cord, preventing Hypothermia, danger signs in newborns such as jaundice, etc.

·      Issuing discharge orders for mothers with natural childbirth after conducting the necessary examinations

بخش پست پارتوم :

·       کنترل علائم حیاتی ، خونریزی ، قوام رحم ، ارتفاع رحم ، هوشیاری مادر ، وضعیت پرینه ومثانه

·       وضعیت شیردهی ، بررسی ادم پاها و وضعیت حرکتی مادر در بخش بعد اززایمان

·       آموزش تمرینات توانبخشی پس از زایمان

·       گزارش هر گونه موارد غیرطبیعی به پزشک

·       در خواست حضور اوو انجام فوریت های پزشکی تا زمان دسترسی به پزشک

·       انجام مراقبتهای پس از زایمان  ، اجرای دستورات دارویی وسایر اقدامات در گروه بیماران پر خطر بستری

·       آموزش مراقبت های بهداشتی محل اپس زیاتومی

·       اموزش به بیمار درمورد مراقبت از سینه ها ، نحوه شیر دادن ، تغذیه ، استحمام وروشهای پیشگیری نه بارداری ،ورزش پس از زایمان

·       آموزش به مادر در مورد مراقبت از نوزاد شامل : توجه به بند ناف ، پیشگیری از هپیوترمی ، علائم خطردر نوزادان نظیر زردی وغیره ....

·       صدور دستورترخیص مادران با زایمان طبیعی پس از انجام معاینات لازم
