Introduction to the hospital:

Bennet Al-Hoda Hospital, a mother-friendly hospital, is the only level 3 hospital in North Khorasan Province based on the hospital perinatal services classification system. Until 2017, it had 142 approved beds, and since 2018, including LDR beds, it has increased to 162 approved beds. In 2018, it became the second hospital among the top ten hospitals in the country, and its plaque was presented to the hospital director by the honorable minister.

Nursing Director (Matron): Responsible for training, planning, coordinating, and supervising clinical staff (nursing, midwifery, operating room, anesthesia). Present in the nursing office during morning shifts. The nursing office is open 24 hours a day.

The Role of the IPD Unit in the Admission and Guidance of International Patients

International Patient Department (IPD): The International Patient Department is a unit within a medical institution responsible for coordinating the necessary arrangements for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to foreign patients. International Patient: An international patient is a non-Iranian individual who travels to Iran to receive diagnostic and therapeutic medical services. IPD Coordinator: The IPD coordinator is a staff member stationed in the International Patient Department who is responsible for following up on all services provided to the foreign patient throughout the patient's hospitalization at the medical institution. IPD Physician(s): In medical centers with an International Patient Department, in order to facilitate and expedite the provision of all diagnostic, therapeutic, and nursing services related to hospitalized international patients, in addition to the attending physician, one or more other physicians should be designated to follow up on the implementation of the attending physician's medical orders for international patients. Attending Physician: The attending physician is the physician responsible for treating the patient and assumes full responsibility for the patient's medical care and treatment.
